The Ministry of Education defines an adult as a person who will be 19 years of age or older on July 1 of the current school year.
These individuals are considered adults for the entire school year, even if they turn 19 during that year.
The 2025–2026 school year runs from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.
A school-aged student is someone who will be 19 years of age or younger on June 30 of the current school year.

Note: Adult learners enrolling at Mission Online School are enrolled in one course at a time. After completing their first course they email the office to request start up for their next course.

New in 2025 - Online Night School - This program is designed to accommodate adult learners and working professionals with flexible online evening classes. It is flexibly self-paced and will have due dates for the assignments to complete the course within the semester time frame.
